Interesting crowd...

Only in San Francisco can you go out to dinner with a group of people from rival companies and rival products.

Silicon Valley is a small, incestuous, and curious place indeed.

Ian came up from LA for something Yahoo related. We all met at Rob Lord's new apartment for drinks prior to dinner.

While we were there, a few other of Ian's coworkers showed up. When Justin arrived, it was just an orgy of geeks who work on media players in the same room.

Needless to say, there was some name-calling and harsh criticism, for good luck of course.

Soon after, we all went out to dinner, walking around the corner, to Blow Fish sushi. I must say, it'd been at least 2 years and one job prior since the last time I had been there. Their sushi is really quite good, not the best in the city, but nevertheless quite good.

I just finally got home. I've taken a shower and put myself to bed. Unfortunately I distract myself with this stupid blog. Soon enough, I will be asleep, dreaming of lovely things, I'm quite sure.

Good night,
